The Lead Bartender is responsible for understanding the complete setup of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers, to train/develop new and current bartenders. Lead Bartenders must maintain the highest level of service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and control over liquor inventory.
