**Cafe Attendant Duties and Responsibilities**
* Preparing meals using basic menu recipes
* Abide by all State and Federal health and safety regulations
* Prepping items & Daily Specials
* Basic BOH duties
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Cafe Attendant Requirements and Qualifications**
* Highly Motivated Self Starter
* Ability to work with industrial kitchen equipment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, & evenings.
* Dependable
* Able to lift 50-lbs unassisted
* Standing for long periods
* Food Certification is a plus
* Must pass background and drug screening
