Job DescriptionIndividual accountabilities •Overall responsibility of technical processes and continuous improvement for PU product line. •Leads and coordinates the delegation of process improvement tasks to maintenance, technical and other support personnel. •Review, recommend and execute process improvements and optimizations to existing processes with engineering principles. •Analyse root cause of process problems •Defining actions to improve efficiency and quality •Create, edit and maintain SOP's •Maintain records and data of process development findings •Coordinate the development and execution of studies to identify, resolve and/or correct manufacturing problems or process improvementsShared accountabilities •Collaborate with engineering, production management and procurement on process improvement initiatives •Agree, collect and track necessary data on production performanceKey linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders •Proactive collaboration with operational excellence, process technology and R&D networks across Ammega •Proactive collaboration with General Manager, Production Management, Quality, Safety, Engineering and MaintenanceRequirements •Bachelor's degree in relevant field (technical, engineering) •Experience in management •Knowledge of Continuous Improvement approach •Knowledge of LEAN production principles •Knowledge of Quality systems •Understanding of cultural differences in global environment •Interpersonal skills / good communication in English •Technical background •Problem solving skills •Experienced in leading projects •Excellent leadership skills and Business Acumen •Role model for the Ammega Values •Excellent computer skills incl.
