Overview Location: Charlotte, NC We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong foundation in data, AI, and systems integration to lead cross-functional teams through complex and fast-paced project deliveries. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and effective communication to ensure successful outcomes across agile deployments. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across data and AI initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams through complex integration efforts and rapid agile deployments. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to stakeholders. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues with timely resolution strategies. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across technical and business teams. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in project management, preferably in data, AI, or integration-heavy environments. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and rapid deployment practices. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Technical familiarity with data platforms, AI workflows, and integration frameworks is a plus.
