Job Description As a product leader focused on RevElate migration, acceleration and adoption, you must be customer focused, possess a product development mindset, and be able to envision the next generation business transformation capabilities. You will provide thought-leadership in a wide range of Patient Accounting areas related to Charge Services, Contract Management, Claims, and Account Management. You’ll be a central resource responsible for analyzing information to define product strategy and requirements as it pertains to the adoption and usage patterns among RevElate customers, especially those migrating from one of our legacy products. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, create technical definition around customer objectives in complex situations, develop solution strategies, motivate and mobilize resources, and deliver results. Responsibilities Envision and communicate product migration strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Oversee content direction and completeness of our RevElate Model Experience; ensuring it is a reflection of best practice product performance. Assist in go to market activities such as sales activities and maintenance of pricing and packaging across our portfolio of products. Engage directly with the customer and internal Oracle teams on major incidents, reporting, change management, and other support and operations related activities. Job Requirements Ten or more years of product management, product design or related experience needed. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field Background in one or multiple of Oracle’s Patient Accounting products is required Ability to represent the customer as a single point of contact within Oracle Strength in developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
