Nova Biomedical is looking for a Regional Account Manager to sell analytical and automation instrumentation to life sciences companies primarily in the NY, NJ, PA, DE area. This is a terrific opportunity for a capital equipment sales professional to join a market leader with the state-of-the-art cell culture analyzer.

In this role, you will manage complex sales situations including single departmental sales, multi-departmental sales and often multi-locations sales. Daily activities include tasks such as account maintenance, lead generation, live product demonstrations, instrumentation evaluations, quote generation, forecasting and the reporting of activities in Salesforce.com.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a strong science aptitude
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of documented success in capital instrumentation sales in the Biologics market
  • Experience selling capital equipment or consumables to process development, manufacturing and/or research and development department of Pharmaceutical companies in NY, NJ, PA, DE area
  • Knowledge in cell culture analysis or cell culture analyzers
  • Well-honed presentation and demonstration skills
  • Effective time management and superior interpersonal skills
  • This is a field sales position that must reside in the mid-Atlantic area with required travel

This role offers a solid base salary, uncapped commission with accelerators and a company car.
