Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage installation teams in the deployment of Crestron control systems, BIAMP audio systems, and Cisco networking equipment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys to assess project requirements and develop detailed implementation plans. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Take the lead in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to audiovisual and networking systems. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users and provide ongoing technical support as needed. Maintain meticulous documentation of installations, configurations, and service records. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
