As a Customer Success Associate, you will:

- Collaborate with restaurant operators during onboarding to ensure they are set up for success on the platform
- Respond to customer inquiries (both operators and influencers) as their first point of contact
- Provide a friendly and helpful customer experience via calls and email
- Solve problems daily to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Ask for feedback and consider lessons learned from dissatisfied customers while documenting your interactions for better tracking
- Think creatively about ways to improve the customer experience
- Enter and track data related to meal bookings between restaurants and influencers
- Guide customers through our online ordering process and help troubleshoot errors

You should apply if you:

- Can demonstrate proven experience in a customer service or inside sales role
- Have a background in hospitality or foodservice
- Are comfortable answering phones and cold calling with and without a script
- Are comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup work environment
- Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Have a kind and authentic customer service attitude
- Possess strong listening and problem solving skills and have an eye for details
- Love food
