**The Successful Customer Service Specialist Will . . .**
* Receive incoming phone leads
* Determine if pest control service can be sold over the phone
* Make telephone sales presentation
* Record all leads at the time of the call
* Set appointments for outside sales inspectors
* Solicit and sell residential and commercial pest control

**Experience**
**Required**
**1 year:** Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
**2 years:** Proven customer service experience
**Preferred**
**Less than 1 year:** Scheduling or dispatch experience in a service industry a plus
