Duties:

Meet company objectives for sales and set individual targets with your team

Track and report sales and performance daily

Structure deals, present numbers, close deals

Assist General Manager with operational functions including inventory, accounting audits, performing managerial calls to customers, interviewing potential new team members, and more.

Ensure that the facility is running smoothly, whatever tasks those may be, whether it is working with a guest, moving bikes and vehicles, cleaning up the showroom, administrative duties, reports, etc. The words "not my job" are not part of this team

Develop your sales team through motivation, product knowledge, education, and process training

Ensure customer care and satisfaction by providing outstanding service and promptly resolving customer concerns and questions

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years experience in a powersports dealership strongly desired

A minimum of 2+ years in a retail management role, preferably in Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive

Experience in F&I

Strong personal interest in and knowledge of powersports

CRM/DMS/Desking experience

Motorcycle endorsement preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals

Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Consistent and stable work history

Must have a strong knowledge of the powersports market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial data
