Project duration is expected to last one year, extension possible.Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for business processes, accurately translating them into functional and technical requirements for the development team.Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and other configurations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide insights into ServiceNow usage and business process performance.Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system configurations.Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. RequirementsRequirements:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in ServiceNow.Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing solutions.Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules.Basic understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and configuration (workflows, business rules, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use case analysis).Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred.
