Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing and maintain Customer Accounts
  • Customer Contact
  • Submit recommendations for Customer Credit Line adjustments.
  • Reconcile and resolve customer claims/issues.
  • Identify OFI's (Opportunities for Improvement)
  • Validate rebates, warranty allowances for audits.
  • Coordinate with accounting payment detail for accuracy.
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Working with Credit Reporting Services
  • Lead Executive Level Meetings
  • Some travel
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Analytical/Innovative/Organized/Interpersonal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; excel, word.
  • 3+ years of Credit/Collection Experience with business/finance major.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Able to identify problems and/or discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Ability to stay focused when working remotely.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • JD Edwards, SAP, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Understanding of accounting rules/audits
