Follows departmental regulations and procedures to process customer jobs through the Department on a timely basis and within specified quality standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain press and all auxiliary equipment while guiding a crew to meet and exceed production standards while maintaining customer quality requirementsUnderstand set-up and maintenance procedures for entire pressAssist supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluationsPromote, enforce, and sustain safety policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious web press operation experience requiredThorough knowledge of press operations and functionsMust be able to interact and cooperate with press team members and show an enthusiastic/positive attitudeMust have ability to communicate (verbal/written) with press team members and all levels of managementPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionallyRequires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity and coordinationMittera is a leading-edge company that provides commercial and digital printing, finishing, graphic design, data analytics, direct mail processing, and fulfillment services.
