We are seeking a happy, outgoing, reliable and confident Front Desk Concierge to join our operations team at a brand new senior living community in Edmonds, Washington. The Front Desk Concierge must be highly focused on customer service, and posses administrative expertise with a concentration on details.

Job Description

The Front Desk Concierge performs all reception and clerical duties including phones, greeting guests and residents, mail management, data entry and triage complaints. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable, friendly and compassionate with outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities
  • Greet residents and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude while building relationships
  • Financial tracking and input
  • Problem solving while remaining calm
  • Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Sets the highest standards for positive customer relations
  • Participation in team meetings
  • Assists with scheduling of activities and transport
  • Participates in training others when appropriate
Qualifications
  • 2+ years prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
  • Ability to pivot tasks quickly
  • Supervisory skills
  • Multi-tasking guru, ability to organize multiple duties simultaneously
  • Remains calm under stress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to step up as needed and think on your feet
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
