About This Job
The Sr. Treasury Management Client Services Associate will provide support and customer service, as well as lead client onboarding and training on suite of Treasury Management products and services. Apply knowledge of Treasury Management products and controls to ensure business unit operational integrity and maintain procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer training and perform installation of services post onboarding of new Treasury Management Services
  • Articulate features and benefits to ensure customer understanding and proper use of services
  • Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time frames, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Set up new clients on basic and complex treasury management services including Online Banking, ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Positive Pay, and Lockbox
  • Review customer documentation, due diligence and agreements. Seek internal approval for services where needed
  • Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, including the development of reports and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years' treasury management client services onboarding and training
  • Knowledge of core treasury management products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • AAP certification
