Be the Agriculture Produc Development Engineer for Agriculture Business Unit.Reporting to Agriculture BU Manger, the candidate will take part on all phases of the product development: design of the part, material selection, cost calculation, perform tests, prepare documentation and definition of pre-method.
Role and responsibilities
• Develop new products in close collaboration with the Sales Team (customer/end user technical requirements).
• Be a technical problem solver, seen as a source of confidence.
• Proactive attitude in front of the customer (generate “push” developments - developments without RFQ) to solve their pain points.
• Responsible of the full product development process up to final customer validation.
• Strong collaboration with sales and quality, and the OPM (Operational Project Manager)-multifunctional team for industrialisations.
• Collaboration with A. Raymond network for multinational clients.
Education and experience
Technical Engineering degree.
Skills
Strong Solid Works and Catia skills (V5) knowledge.
Knowledge in plastic injection and meld design.
Preferably previous experience in fastening solutions.
Experience in agriculture or automotive industry desirable.
