Inc Authority is a leader in the business formation industry where we walk new business owners through the process of getting their business's registered and launched in all 50 states while also consulting on specialty business services such as website development, logo creation, trademarks, business credit, and many more.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to consult with and help our clients successfully get their business established using our startup services. Those services will provide them with things like their legal documentation, business number, business name, bank account, ect. while continuing to provide a five-star customer experience.

The Day to Day
  • Identify and contact potential customers with provided warm leads - NO COLD CALLING
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and customer retention.
  • Communicate the benefits of utilizing Inc Authority as a business formation partner to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner - training provided.
  • Consult with clients on business name checks, compliancy, registration timelines, legal documentation, etc.
  • Identifying new opportunities for business growth along with providing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Position Benefits
  • Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDS NO OVERTIME
  • 2 weeks of PTO a year (increasing as you go)
