Advisor, IT Product Management SAP SCM Mercedes?Benz Vans USA, Atlanta, GA Role Overview Primary purpose: Responsible for designing SAP solutions to meet business needs, functional support & business analysis within SAP SD/MM area. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, participate in solution design and produce functional specifications. Provide technical expertise in defining development requirements and give technical user training; support solution development across SAP modules. Analyze functional and technical needs, identify gaps, evaluate impact of configuration or process changes across SD and other SAP modules. Provide functional expertise in integration testing, user training and support for SAP SD and MM modules. Support and guide the business on continuous improvement, interfaces, and reporting; integrate SAP solutions with internal systems (Central MM, CoFiCo, EWM, SPP). Lead large project initiatives such as Primus Direct, Global Planning, FSL, System upgrades (Paragon) and provide guidance to business and central teams ensuring best practices. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a functional analyst supporting Order to Cash and Procure to Pay flows. Extensive SAP SD/MM expertise: master data, pricing, OTC processes, procure?to?pay processes, reports, SAP ALE/EDI (IDOC) expertise. Strong grasp of interfaces for SD/FI, SD/MM, and sales information system. Proven ability to work independently across all levels, manage multiple priorities, and communicate complex technical solutions. Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Management, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and travel to Mercedes?Benz offices as required. Familiar with multiple SAP client environments, regression testing, and problem resolution for IDoc interfaces.
