  1. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional imageu00a0
  2. Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operationsu00a0
  3. Provide continuous observation and monitoring of patients enrolled in clinical trials
  4. Document all observations, vital signs, and patient interactions accurately and promptly
  5. Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or medical staff
  6. Offer compassionate support and companionship to patients with neurological conditions, including those with early Alzheimer's or dementia
  7. Work closely with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  8. Provide support during crisis situations, maintaining a calm and reassuring presence

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THEu00a0CNA CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT:u00a0
  1. 1 year of clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  2. ACLS issued through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  3. Must be eligible to work in the United Statesu00a0
  4. CNA license in FL
  5. BLS issued by the AHA
