$145,000.00 To 165,000.00 Annually Who we are: Oncocyte is a precision diagnostics company with a mission to improve patient outcomes by providing personalized insights that inform critical decisions throughout the patient care journey. Mission of the role: In this role, you’ll be part of a team that is responsible for developing, leading and executing the commercial RUO (Research Use Only) product strategy across Oncocyte’s portfolio of Oncology and Transplant products. Working with the Product Market Development Team, you will develop long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the clinical laboratory and research laboratory sphere of influence. Together, you will drive market intelligence to inform our product and clinical development roadmap to ensure that our products are meeting a need in the market and have the highest success of adoption in the RUO market. You will use your experience in the RUO space and market feedback to ensure we are building products that the market can use. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting key customer segments, obtaining feedback to inform product development design and specifications, align our strategy around the needs of the market and driving initial market adoption from key customer segments. Work across the organization to drive alignment on product market fit, and define product specifications for Oncocyte’s RUO products Build relationships with existing KOLs and develop new key customers for involvement in current and future commercial and medical activities. Work with cross functional teams to drive outreach for potential partnerships or data development opportunities. Help in building processes and teams that will support customers in the field with using Oncocyte’s RUO products. Identify key customer characteristics to further segment the market and plan targeted outreach and awareness of Oncocyte’s RUO products. Strategize with team members on Early Access Programs to get institutional buy in at key high valued centers. Identify and initiate programs/tactics of mutual interest to Oncocyte and KOLs, as appropriate. Disseminate KOL insights and intelligence across cross-functional partners to develop new strategies, tactics, training, and customer service efficiency. Remain knowledgeable of the competitive environment and treatment paradigms within Oncology and how Oncocyte’s portfolio compares to competitive landscape. Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives. Who you are and what it takes to do this job:
