Since 1981, we have grown to be one of the largest distributors in the industry, providing customers with print, branded merchandise, eCommerce solutions, fulfillment and more.We are looking for a Cyber Secruilty Technician to join our team The primary purpose of this position is to perform day-to-day monitoring of IT security systems, assist with IT security projects as directed, and address security issues following established procedures.This is a hybrid position that would require onsite presence at least 2-3 times a month at on home office in Glenwood, MN. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Respond to alerts from security monitoring toolsMonitor computer networks for security issues.Record and track security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause.Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.Review compliance with company standards for IT security.Assist IT Help Desk with tickets impacting security operations.Escalate problems (when required) to the Security Engineering team.Perform preventative maintenance as directed.Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.Perform post-resolution follow ups with as required.Maintain Security MetricsQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
