Busser - Pizza & Prime

Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests.This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost importance.If time permits, it is acceptable to assist the food server. Essential Job Functions : Excellent internal/external guest service; Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist; Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas; Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards; Transport dirty items to dish room; Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers; Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper; Other reasonable duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School/GED preferred 6 months related experience Preferred: Bi-lingual a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent guest service skills and communication skills; Ability to handle high volume and stress situations.
