Description of the role:

The Collision Center Receptionist at Husker Auto Group in Lincoln, Nebraska serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the collision center. This individual will provide exceptional customer service, assist with scheduling appointments, handle inquiries and concerns, and ensure the smooth operation of the reception area.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information or direct calls to the appropriate departments
  • Schedule appointments based on availability and customer preferences
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to team members, or management when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Collect and process payments from customers
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with office software
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
