Under the supervision of the Program Director, this position provides administrative support to our Transitional Age Youth Housing Programs, including: Providing administrative support to program staff Accounting tasks and bookkeeping duties as assigned, including co-managing program finances Maintaining a welcoming and organized Transitional Age Youth Resource Center Co-managing youth center services with the Resource Center Coordinator Training new staff on center and office procedures and policies Supporting the Program Director and Housing Director with contract compliance Grant application and management support You are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have: A passion for working with young adults Experience in supporting TAY population (ages 16-24) The ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively The ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a team A commitment to embody TLC’s mission and values Two plus years of experience in an office management position Experience in various aspects of administrative and accounting duties CA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation provided) The ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test and drug screen.
