We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about welding and committed to producing high-quality work.Responsibilities:Perform welding tasks using various welding processes.Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques.Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.Always follow safety protocols and procedures.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.Requirements:AWS D1.1 Certification is mandatory.Previous experience in welding.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed.Pre-Employment Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check (7-year felony + sex offender)Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)Applicants for employment must be U.S. Citizens or national, U.S. permanent residents (i.e., current Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
