Ensure strict adherence to company safety and environmental policies, programs, and regulations. Provide effective leadership, training, and development opportunities to our team. Ensure compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations and permits. Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute production schedules aligned with commercial demands. Monitor financial performance and seek continuous improvement through collaboration and performance management. Identify and prioritize capital replacement and profit improvement projects. Execute approved plans to maximize productivity and efficiency. Focus on delivering exceptional product quality and customer service by fostering partnerships and teamwork. Generate and maintain daily operational reports as required. Assign daily tasks, ensuring proper training and equipment availability. Act as a liaison between regulatory inspectors and management. Analyze monthly variable costs and implement cost control measures. Drive continuous improvement in cost control and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by focusing on preventive maintenance, quality, and throughput. Develop and mentor team members to align with their career aspirations and organizational goals. Handle critical and confidential information with professionalism and discretion, limiting disclosure to those with a genuine need to know. Maintain regular and punctual attendance as per company policies. Required High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 10 years+ of practical work experience. Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.E.) from four year college or university, preferred At least 3 years’ experience in an operations leadership role.
