The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiting Coordinator and People Operations Specialist to hire world-class talent for Databook's growing Technology team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across the team's open positions, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates have an exceptional experience. In addition, you would be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires as well as helping us with creating efficient processes for employee lifecycle events, coordinating training programs and managing office operations.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to deliver high quality, diverse talent
  • Own the recruiting process in Greenhouse including job posts. This would include onboarding from start to finish - sourcing prospective candidates, reviewing resumes as well ad conducting pre-screen calls
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records
  • Build and promote our employer brand and effectively represent Databook's values in all candidate communications
  • Maintain regular reporting to track recruiting metrics, measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and identify gaps
  • Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class hiring experience
  • Participate in other People Operations focused projects such as administering employee benefits and leave programs
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
About You
  • 5+ years of experience working as Sr. Recruiting Coordinator and People Operations Specialist
  • Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing top talent especially in the engineering space
  • Previous experience with AI/ML technologies in recruiting
    Strong knowledge of Greenhouse and various recruiting and sourcing tools to enable a data-driven and efficient recruiting process
  • Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to establish credibility and influence at all levels
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential

  • Strong experience working in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platforms
  • Worked in an early stage start-up environment
