With hubs in the U.S., Europe, UK, Mexico, Singapore and Japan, our integrated global Multinational platform makes it easier for clients with global operations to access the commercial property and casualty coverage through a single point of contact.What you'll be doing:Fostering strong relationships with brokers, clients, underwriters and distribution to identify, support and drive growth strategies, account retentions, and new business for all lines of businessManaging the design and execution of Multinational Programs working in partnership with product underwriters and distributionActing as the Multinational subject matter expert and escalation point for program design and execution, territorial analysis and additional related mattersLeading the Multinational end-to-end process with internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for all non-underwriting aspects of client service delivery for the assigned portfolio, ensuring contract certainty and a positive client experienceEffectively communicate with clients and brokers to determine their requirements for global insurance programsWhat you'll bring:Minimum 5 - 7 years of Multinational Commercial insurance experienceStrong client focused experience working with multinational businesses and interfacing with risk managers and brokersAbility to effectively communicate information and ideas to influence and grow our businessUndergraduate degree or demonstrable industry experienceFluency in international languages is advantageous, though not requiredAbility to travel up to 25%At Sompo International, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
