If you're a high-energy, team-oriented individual with a passion for food service and looking to step into a leadership role, this opportunity is perfect for you Your role will include assisting in managing the kiosk operations while delivering quality food promptly and efficiently.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Oversee food stock levels, costs, waste management, preparation, presentation, and food safety for hot and cold items.
  • Train, guide, and support team members in food preparation and safety standards.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through ordering and rotating all food products.
  • Flexibly handle both Front of House and Back of House responsibilities.
  • Lead team members in food safety and presentation to deliver high-quality, timely food for guests.
  • Provide product information to customers as needed.
  • Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs with care.
  • Take orders promptly, ensuring efficient service flow.
  • Boost sales by offering suggestions.
  • Keep work areas clean and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures.
  • Follow accurate cash register protocols.
  • Support food preparation as needed.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks.
  • Complete product requisitions accurately for the next shift.
  • Schedule and manage kiosk staff.
  • Quickly report any equipment, facility, or product issues to the Director of Operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Proven cash-handling skills.
  • Background in food service.
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, such as Square.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
