Here's what you can expect from this job:
Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all day-to-day operations of the dialysis facility, including financial/budgets, staffing, training, and maintain an overall standard of quality care
  • Responsible for staffing decisions, including supervision of all staff, scheduling, hiring and firing, training and orientation
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team in patient care plan meetings
  • Provide hemodialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease in adherence with the facility policy and procedure guidelines, as well as federal and local nursing regulations on an as needed basis

Work Hours: Full-time employment; five 8-hour shifts.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree - an ADN, BSN or MSN is required.
  • An active nursing license in [State] is required - if licensed in another state, licensure by endorsement may be considered.
  • At least 1 year of dialysis nursing experience is required.
  • Leadership experience is strongly preferred
