Als Regionalleiter*in bei uns in der Onkologie bist du Teil unseres Teams in einem dynamischen und stark wachsenden Markt mit vielen Möglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung. Als Sales Manager leitest du eines unserer Vertriebsteams. Du brennst für unsere Präparate, Teamwork und trägst mit deinen Ideen aktiv dazu bei, unser Präparat erfolgreich in den Markt einzuführen, unsere Marktanteile stetig auszubauen und die Vertriebsziele zu erreichen.

Erstellung eines monatlichen Marktberichtes für die Bereiche Sales und Marketing zur Analyse des Marktes und die Zusammenführung von Markt-/Wettbewerber-/Produktinformationen sowie Feedback für die interne Strategie
Verkaufsanalyse und Monitoring in der zugewiesenen Region, um auf Marktbewegung adäquat zu reagieren
Qualifikationen
So machst du den Unterschied:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, Pharmareferentenausbildung bzw. erforderliche Sachkenntnis gemäß §75 Arzneimittelgesetz
Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung im medizinischen Außendienst und idealerweise im Bereich der Onkologie
Das Thema Omnichannel-Management kein Fremdwort für dich und du hast auch schon erste Erfahrungen mit dem Thema Transformation und Change gemacht
Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten, insbesondere Excel und mit CRM-Systemen (SAP, Veeva, etc.)
Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügen über eine sachliche und klare Argumentationsweise
Deine Arbeitsweise ist stark prozess-, lösungs- und zielorientiert und durch ein hohes Maß an Networking-Kompetenz geprägt
Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und die Fähigkeit dein Umfeld zu überzeugen und zu begeistern
Du kannst auf Deutsch und Englisch sicher kommunizieren, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
