We are seeking a professional to join their executive team and lead their collections efforts.We are seeking an experienced Directorof Collectionsto lead their collections department ,collecting on independent auto dealerships floorplans.

This position offers great challenges andopportunities.We are seeking candidates with proven ability to meet / exceed KPI goals, includingdelinquency , charge off and repossession.The Director of Collections will inherit a skilled staff that needs leadership and development.We are seeking a leader who can develop their team. This will include training collection staff and holding them accountable for their progress.Developing a professional and result-oriented culture within the department is a component of the job challenge.

To ensure a great fit for both the candidate and our company, we are seeking candidates with the following experiences/ abilities / traits:

  • 5 to 7 years collections / receivables management experience
  • Commercial or subprime automotive finance collections management experience

ability to lead 20 Collectors

proven ability to develop people and take them to higher level is an essential ingredient to success in this position

  • proven superior performance we will ask you about your accomplishments
  • strong leadership skills are necessary
  • we are seeking that rare candidate who is a natural strategic thinker, yet very hands-on and believes in walking the floorto be visible to collections staff

Great experience can include collections leadership position with an automotive finance company, captive auto lender or commercial finance company.
