Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Generate financial reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Oversee general ledger operations, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments
  • Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits and internal reviews
  • Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation to auditors
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and experience with large ERP system
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
