Description:

In the role of the HR Administrator, you will be working in a collaborative team environment, serving as support to employees in an administrative capacity. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.

Assist the HR Director with open enrollment, and additional benefits administration processing.

Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and staff members on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.

Administer and track FMLA, Personal Leave of Absences, and all other leave notices and requests in a timely basis in accordance with federal and state laws.

Ensure all employee records are maintained with updated documentation regarding new hire information or changes in employment, etc.

May conduct quarterly or yearly file audits, as requested by HR Director.

Assist HR Director with performance review process in HRIS.

Counsel and coach management and employees on performance and employee- relations related matters.

Proactively respond to and assist managers in resolving conflicts occurring with their staff members.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Other projects as assigned by HR Director

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an HR support role, specifically with orientation, onboarding, and employee file updating.

Willing to travel between locations (will be paid for drive time and $.67/mile reimbursement)

Strong attention to detail

Bachelors degree

Strong communication skills
