Joining Gemini means being part of a team that champions creativity and innovation in promoting businesses.Job Summary:Gemini Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all operations in our manufacturing facility, including digital printing. This candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment, preferably experience in Adobe Creative Suite, 4 Color Digital Print, and Print Machines.In this role, you will align our strategic goals with day-to-day activities, provide leadership to department heads and staff, manage financial resources, and drive business growth and profitability. You will evaluate continuous improvement opportunities to meet all operational goals for production, safety, quality, customer service, waste reduction and cost control. You can think strategically and act tactically; comfortable dealing with change; energetic and positive; and a collaborative and approachable team player.Duties/Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.Lead and motivate department heads and staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Implement quality control processes to maintain excellence in all deliverables and ensure they meet brand and organizational standards.Identify problems and implement resolution regarding production and quality issues.Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost optimization strategies.Drive business development initiatives to enhance revenue and market presence.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks.Support department heads in setting and achieving performance metrics.Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on service excellence.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and community organizations.Lead by example with integrity and professionalism.Requirements and SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Extensive knowledge of digital print and finishing.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills.Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability.Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.Adaptability to navigate changing business environments.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving business growth.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.May be occasional travel.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related fieldProven experience in senior management, with a history of success in leadership.Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices.Previous leadership experience in a similar industry is advantageous.Physical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.Must be able to navigate the production and warehouse facilities.Ability to constantly position self to move product, raw material, or shipping supplies weight up to 50 lbs.Must be able to ascend/descend ladders to transport materials.Must wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.We are an equal opportunity employer.
