We are looking for a Temp Purchasing Coordinator for a top beauty company in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Creating/Modifying Purchase Orders as needed.
- Review open Purchase Orders on a regular basis & ensure alignment with contract manufacturer open order reports.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding updates/changes to Purchase Orders.
- Expedite Orders for Finished Goods when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics departments to maximize efficiency in the Purchasing department.
- Troubleshoot potential supply chain issues related to Purchasing, partnering with cross functional teams for solutions as necessary.
- SKU/BOM creation in system.
- Updating Google Sheets with Finished Goods ETA when appropriate.
- Perform other duties relating to Purchasing as assigned.
- 1-2 years of Supply Chain experience
- Detail oriented and analytical in your approach
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Communication skills and ability to multitask.
