Responsibilities:

Uphold White Lodging brand, and guest standards for maintenance and upkeep. Proactively lead the team that performs repair, maintenance, and installation tasks according to procedures and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and laws. Train and supervise department associates, delegating duties as needed. Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee project work. Manage budgeting, control operating costs, and maximize ROI. Address guest complaints promptly and courteously. Maintain a clean, organized work area and inventory. Act as a liaison between departments and handle emergencies effectively.

Requirements:

Relevant certifications and licenses preferred Strong leadership and computer skills Proficiency in blueprint interpretation and project management Knowledgeable in safety standards, energy management, and environmental regulations Experience in facilities management, preferably in hospitality Experience working in a rural environment Well and septic knowledge necessary Experience working with EPA/DEQ a plus
