Job Description The RSD is responsible for the development and performance of all field personnel in their region for cardiovascular sales and activity. This position staffs and directs their team and provides leadership towards the achievement of partners objectives in line with company vision and values. The RSD will observe and identify opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges within and through their team; this includes the development of team members towards corporate growth. Evaluation of success, optimizing the opportunity and effectively communicating results to client partners and EVERSANA internal stakeholders. This position needs someone who is self-driven and has a high record of personal and professional achievements, often seen as a go-getter, inspirational, and motivating. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Providing strategic and tactical direction to the sales team to achieve market growth, market penetration, and market development objectives Ensuring alignment and partnership between EVERSANA and our clients with the sales teams and the execution of plans to leverage the launch of our client’s product Accountable for the achievement of revenue and implant goals for products and services in an assigned region Driving new product launches and achieving customer expansion goals Developing and ensuring the implementation of the Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales strategy Providing strategic leadership for the sales force and ensuring alignment and partnership with Cardiology sales management Successfully leading the team to achieve market development and penetration in key patient populations Utilizing field visits and individual or group meetings Developing, coaching, and mentoring employees in sales skills, product knowledge, teamwork, time and territory management, competitive knowledge, and career goals Communicating all corporate and regional missions, goals, and activities Directing and motivating personnel to achieve goals Providing ongoing feedback/coaching and regularly scheduled performance reviews Assisting employees with Individual Development Plans (IDP's) Developing and implementing strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives Managing budgets and forecasts Ensuring efficient, effective use of inventory and expenses Building cross-collaborative relationships with internal teams Developing ethical, long-term customer relationships and representing EVERSANA/our client’s customers Recruiting and interviewing candidates to maintain strong personnel #J-18808-Ljbffr
