The Senior Treasury Analyst will serve as an integral member of the MCC Global Treasury team by collaborating with key stakeholders to lead global cash reporting, debt management and working capital forecasting. This role will also support several key treasury functions including daily cash positioning, bank relationship management, and cash accounting. The Senior Treasury Analyst must be able to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Actively maintain and update global cash reporting ensuring accurate balances across all entities.
- Manage the revolving debt borrowing and paydown activity.
- Evaluate borrowing requirements based on daily liquidity availability.
- Maximize opportunities to paydown debt.
- Review borrowing base calculation and explain material movements from prior month.
- Forecast working capital using dynamic cash forecasting model, explaining variances to FP&A predictions.
- Manage US banking consolidation to rationalize bank relationships, reducing spend on inefficient banking structures and optimizing the flow of funds.
- Support daily cash processes to maintain adequate bank account balances.
- Execute wire transfers in accordance with MCC global wire policy.
- Monitor positive pay for checks and ACH.
- Administer bank software, monitoring and maintaining proper user security entitlements.
- Assist with management of domestic and international bank relationships.
- Review domestic account analysis fees.
- Review daily cash journal entries using Reval.
- Review monthly interest accruals using Reval.
- Execute Ad hoc requests from management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4-6 years of corporate treasury experience required (manufacturing industry experience a plus).
- Ability to partner with business units to collaboratively advance corporate initiatives.
- SAP experience preferred. Experience with Hyperion Smartview, FXall, Reval and bank portals a plus.
- Corporate card program and Concur expense management system experience a plus.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service oriented.
- CTP a plus.
- Driven self-starter with strong self-responsibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Must proficiently use Microsoft Office suite of products and be able to create and manipulate Excel documents.
