We provide our Customer Outreach Representatives with the necessary skills to perform customer support, awareness, and sales processes through entry-level training. You will engage in daily interactions with customers, consistently upholding courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and kindness to create a positive impression. Your role also involves the management of donations, including tracking and processing new contributions and promoting brand awareness initiatives. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer service skillfully to enhance overall satisfaction.
