KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • New business development, identify high-potential clients, and cultivate lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with prospects clients to understand their unique needs and provide staffing solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of staffing solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven track record in business development within the staffing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within IT staffing.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Solution-oriented
