The successfulcandidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electricalsystems in various multifamily dwellings.Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and execute electrical projects in multifamily residential buildings.Supervise and lead a team of electricians and other construction professionals, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Coordinate with other construction team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.Inspect electrical systems and plan maintenance routines to ensure longevity and compliance with national and local codes.Handle the documentation necessary for electrical projects, including compliance with all safety and building regulations.Train and mentor junior electricians and team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning within the team.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, specifically in the multifamily sector.Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and construction documents.Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage teams in a construction environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
