This individual would be responsible for, but not limited to the following: The Controller/Director of Accounting must have solid communication, technology, analytical, and management skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Controller will report to the General Manager and assist with developing internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning. The role requires at least 10 years of progressively increasing experience in accounting, and supervision and training of accounting professionals.
