Assist with large group meetings, ensuring all materials and presentations are polished and impactful. Track action items and manage vendor progress to ensure project milestones are met. Schedule and coordinate project working sessions. Requirements: Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a marketing or corporate environment. Exceptional content creation skills with a talent for storytelling in a corporate setting. Proficiency in presentation creation and design, with experience using tools like PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track tasks and manage timelines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to occasionally attend onsite meetings in Atlanta.
