Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the IT General Control Framework, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Control Framework Management: Plan, organize, and execute control monitoring and testing. Address issues promptly and train IT and business teams on best practices to enhance compliance. Compliance Assessments: Possess a thorough understanding of payment methods and security standards. Conduct effective compliance assessments and keep management informed of PCI DSS requirements. Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on IT Compliance and Security, providing management and auditors with insights into IT controls' design and functionality. Project Engagement: Participate in IT projects, establish control standards for new systems, and collaborate with IT project teams as a subject matter expert in controls, compliance, and IT security. Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritize tasks independently, meet deadlines, and make informed decisions using analytical skills. Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership, build and maintain relationships with IT teams and various business functions to address their unique needs effectively. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, ideally in roles such as IT Auditor or IT Security professional. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP environments and understanding of SAP Security principles. Compliance Expertise: Experience with IT compliance areas and control frameworks such as SOX, PCI, SOC, NIST, ISO 27001, or ISO 27002. Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISA, CISSP, or CISM. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent judgment and attention to detail. Well-organized with good time management abilities. Proactive and action-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
