This is an inside sales support position. The Account Representative will focus on supporting the AmeriHealth New Business Account Executive and Associate Account Representative and at times, represent the company in selling large group products in New Jersey. The Account Representative will be responsible for processing necessary AmeriHealth paperwork, tracking daily incoming data for RFP Tracker in large group space, Submission of tickets regarding enrollment and claims issues for 3 external Sales Reps, processing new enrollment applications, member terminations, Support in open enrollment meetings, Coordination of kit ordering and delivery, broker commissions and taking member calls. Travel is minimal in this position with the Account Representative expected to be in the office most of the time.
A valid driver's license, transportation, and active NJ health insurance license are required for this position.
