They also work closely with the patients to ensure their first impression at our center exceeds expectations. They are responsible for assisting patients through their hearing loss treatment journey, including providing orientation on the use of a hearing aids, servicing, and basic troubleshooting of hearing aids. Pay Range Minimum $19.54 Midpoint $25.90 Maximum $32.24 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience • Required: Minimum two (2) years of customer service, clerical or front office experience. • Preferred: Patient care coordination experience. Education • Required: High School Diploma or GED. • Preferred: College Level Courses or Certifications in healthcare. Training • Required: None required. Specialized Skills • Required: Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
