They also work closely with the patients to ensure their first impression at our center exceeds expectations. They are responsible for assisting patients through their hearing loss treatment journey, including providing orientation on the use of a hearing aids, servicing, and basic troubleshooting of hearing aids. Experience • Required: Minimum two (2) years of customer service, clerical or front office experience. • Preferred: Patient care coordination experience.
