Job Description:

  • Working in-store as a Sales Associate (closing store, restock, checking customers out, suggesting products, steam clothing, tagging, pricing, etc.)
  • Customer Service in store, online, instagram, facebook, tiktok
  • Help manage store inventory levels and restock when needed
  • Package + ship online shipments via Shopify
  • Review and assess any issues and stay solution oriented
  • Help think of creative solutions to increase sales
  • Bonus with Social Media Experience : help create styling videos and social content in store

Key Requirements:

  • Willing to work on weekends
  • 1+ year in Sales
  • Computer knowledge Google Sheets & Gmail
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Adaptable, flexible with a strong attention to detail
  • Must show initiative and work well within a team environment
  • Deadline Driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • Able to lift 20 lbs
  • Must own working computer

Rate

  • $18 per hour
  • 5% Commission on in store sales
  • 30 day trial period

Hours & Location

  • Part-time 1-3 days per week (or every other week depending on schedule), Saturdays & Sundays and possibly 1 week day.
