**Major Duties & Responsibilities:**

* **Model superior customer service to all of the dealerships customers.**

* **Ability to help with social media sales**

* **Assist in day-to-day transactions and listings for eBay**

* **Willing to work off site at our other sister stores**

* **Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.**

* **Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.**

* **Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.**

* **Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.**

* **Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.**

* **Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.**

* **Be an ambassador for the dealership and the Harley-Davidson Brand.**

**Requirements**

* **Must have ability to get along with broad customer base.**

* **Comfortable with Social Media platforms**

* **Computer knowledge**
