Essential Job Functions * Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to increase online sales and improvement in conversion rates. Ensure all necessary product information is loaded and accurate in PIM (Salsify) and ERP (E1) – including but not limited to product details, images, keywords, pricing, inventory. Focus will be on U.S. storefront; however, this role will provide and leverage learnings that can also support our Canadian storefront. Deploy marketing activities to promote storefront, increase engagement and user adoption. Oversee the day-to-day management of the company's eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and a user-friendly experience. Work with a team of web development specialists, providing guidance to drive performance and achieve goals. Utilize analytics tools to analyze website performance, user behavior, and sales trends, leading to actionable insights and improvements in key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align digital initiatives with broader company objectives. Improve customer experience by implementing personalized content and promotions. Initiate and manage partnerships with external vendors and agencies to optimize e-commerce development and digital marketing efforts to improve ROI. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in eCommerce and digital marketing, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
